Hi! I’m Kim
I’ve been exploring Iowa for decades, so I decided it’s time to put all of my writings and photos into one place. And so, Let’s Go Iowa was born in late 2021.
I’m a writer by nature. I used to be a reporter and editor for The Daily Nonpareil in Council Bluffs back in my 20s. Focusing mainly on the arts and culture scene of southwest Iowa, I started to become more curious about what the state had to offer. Fast-forward to 2013, and my first travel blog started, Oh My! Omaha. Whenever I could, I’d make short but memorable trips to Iowa.
No, I’m not an Iowa native. I’m just an Iowa fan. And I’ve recruited fellow travel bloggers (mostly Iowans who know best) to write for this blog, too.
